I created Perennial Content because I was tired of seeing great ideas fall through the cracks. I started working in the online space back in 2018 as a marketing VA supporting coaches and creatives.

Pretty quickly, I noticed a pattern. None of my clients were short on ideas.

They were high-achieving, visionary thinkers with valuable insights and a strong sense of purpose. What they were short on was time, structure, and support to stretch those ideas further.

Hi, I’m Emma

about Perennial

And that's where Perennial comes in.

They needed a way to make what they’d already created go further.

...but yet they still felt behind.

They were creating nonstop...

...but none of it was getting reused.

Their podcasts were rich with value...

...but their email lists had gone quiet.

They delivered powerful live trainings...

The result? A whole lot of missed potential.

We turn your best ideas into a content system that works harder so you can work less.

When your content is doing the most, you don’t have to.

Simple, sustainable systems are often the most powerful—and the most freeing.

Strategy doesn’t have to be complicated.

Your best ideas shouldn’t sit dormant. We believe in making them work harder, longer, and smarter.

Content is a valuable business asset.

It finds a new context for it — not just reusing or recycling, but reshaping your ideas with purpose.

Repurposing doesn’t remove creativity.

The Principles Behind the Process

We don’t chase trends. We double down on what’s already working.

Data fuels longevity.

Data-Backed Strategy
We’re not just executors or task-tickers. Every piece of content is backed by performance insights and strategic thinking — so your message stays relevant, resonant, and rooted in what’s already working.

Direct Access to the Founder
You won’t be handed off to a rotating team of account managers. I (Emma) stay hands-on as your lead strategist — on calls, in reviews, and guiding the content every step of the way. Our tight-knit team supports the process behind the scenes.

Low-Stress Collaboration
We bring structure and strategy so you don’t have to micromanage or over-explain. The process is streamlined, thoughtful, and designed to protect your time and creative energy.

Here’s what clients love about working with us:

We’re a small-but-mighty team — and we embed ourselves into your brand like it’s our own. At Perennial, we only work with a select number of clients at a time so we can go deep, not wide.

We don’t follow cookie-cutter formulas or churn out content on autopilot. We use data, context, and care to give your best ideas new life. Everything we create is shaped with your voice in mind—so it feels aligned, consistent, and unmistakably you across every platform.

What it’s like to work together

I’ve always been drawn to storytelling. I was the kid writing poems and recording songs (that is, when my mom wasn’t quizzing me on the names of the flowers in her garden).

Since then, my winding path has taken me everywhere from working at a marketing agency in Amsterdam to teaching English in Cambodia, with 23 countries along the way. I studied communications, fell in love with media, and eventually found what I really wanted to do: help people share their message clearly, consistently, and in a way that actually feels good.

These days, I lead Perennial from my home base in Ottawa, working with mission-driven entrepreneurs who are out there doing big things—and need their content to keep up. I love being a strategic partner to people with bold ideas and deep purpose, offering the kind of thoughtful support that lets them show up for the work that matters most.
